Top loading is more standard variant when bottle is placed on the top of water dispenser. Water dispenser with bottom loading is rather new and progressive construction which provides special compartment for bottle replacement at water dispenser. Water bottle is hidden inside water dispenser and the process of bottle replacement is easier and simpler.
