The first stage of purification is provided by a sediment filter, removing sand, rust, and other impurities; the second stage is provided by a carbon filter, removing free chlorine, odors, and organic compounds from the water; the third stage is provided by a carbon post-filter, eliminating any possible off-tastes and improving the water's flavor; the fourth stage of purification occurs with the help of an ultrafiltration membrane, removing bacteria, viruses, and ultrafine particles of contaminants.
Timely replacement of filters will always ensure you have clean water on hand for making hot and cold beverages, as well as soups and sauces. Monitoring the filter replacement schedule is facilitated by the filter status indicator. Filters are included in the device package.
