Warranty Coverage

The 24-month warranty does not apply to accessories.

Free warranty and after-sales service are provided throughout the entire warranty period. After the warranty period expires, the Customer may enter into a separate agreement for post-warranty service (paid service).

Important Notice

Before operating the equipment, please carefully read the Operating Instructions supplied with the Product. If the instructions are lost, they can be found in the Instructions section on our website.

Warranty Service Conditions

During the warranty period, the Product will be accepted for free service provided that the following documents are available:

  • a completed Warranty Certificate;

  • a document confirming the purchase of the Product.

If the purchase documents are lost, the Customer loses the right to free after-sales service.

When submitting the Product for service, the Customer must complete a service request form describing the nature of the malfunction.

If the nature of the malfunction is not specified, the Service Center reserves the right to charge a diagnostic fee.

Attention

Heavily contaminated devices are not accepted for free warranty repair.

Warranty Exclusions

The Product is removed from warranty service in the following cases:

  • defects caused by violation of installation, operation, storage, or transportation rules specified in the Operating Instructions;

  • repairs carried out independently by the Customer that resulted in damage to the Product;

  • mechanical, chemical, or thermal damage to the Product or its components;

  • damage caused by force majeure events (fire, storm, lightning, etc.);

  • damage caused by foreign objects, liquids, insects, animals, or excessive dust inside the device;

  • use of the device in an electrical network without proper grounding;

  • defects caused by non-compliance with power supply standards of electrical or cable networks;

  • signs of overheating of electronic components caused by electrical overvoltage;

  • scale buildup in the heating tank caused by poor water quality;

  • use of bulk (non-bottled) water.
